About the Founder
Esther began her career in the insurance industry as a Business Development Manager for ProService Hawaii in 2016. She eventually transitioned to a captive insurance agency where she helped Seniors lower costs on Medicare Supplement insurance plans. She quickly realized her passion for helping Seniors understand the complex world of Medicare. However, being in a captive agency, she felt limited by only being able to offer the one carrier that her captive agency represented.
Realizing that this limitation was a disservice to her clients, she decided to become an independent agent. Hence, Thriving Seniors was born. This allowed her to offer a variety of Medicare insurance plans to her clientele, enabling her to always keep her clients’ best interest at heart.
Our mission at Thriving Seniors is to help Seniors Understand Medicare and all of their coverage options, so that each of them can make an informed decision, based on their individual needs.
